Zumba is a fun, fantastic fitness program that involves dance and aerobics. Do you love to dance? If so, this is the program for you. The choreography incorporates samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and flamenco with a little hip-hop added for fun. Exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and some resistance training.

Join this enthusiastic group of dancers as they learn various dance steps to old favorite songs and new ones too! You will enjoy meeting new friends and having the time of your life with health benefits too; coordination, concentration and memory, balance and endurance. There is no need to worry that you are new to this dance. Pat will surround you with dancers on all sides so no matter which direction you turn you will have an experienced dancer to follow. It is fun and friendly.

Tai Chi Students will practice Tai Chi Yang style 108-Form and also Tai Chi for Arthritis developed by Dr. Paul Lam. The ancient art of Tai Chi engages the students in gentle, slow, flowing movements. Enjoy this exercise that is suitable for most everyone as it is gentle, low impact and especially beneficial for seniors.
