Zumba is a fun, fantastic fitness program that involves dance and aerobics.  Do you love to dance?  If so, this is the program for you. The choreography incorporates samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and flamenco with a little hip-hop added for fun.  Exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and some resistance training.

Tai Chi Foundations

Tai Chi Intermediate

Tai Chi Students will practice Tai Chi Yang style 108-Form and also Tai Chi for Arthritis developed by Dr. Paul Lam. The ancient art of Tai Chi engages the students in gentle, slow, flowing movements. Enjoy this exercise that is suitable for most everyone as it is gentle, low impact and especially beneficial for seniors.
