Zumba

 

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9 a.m.

Fee: $5 per class -- first class free

 

Zumba is a fun, fantastic fitness program that involves dance and aerobics.  Do you love to dance?  If so, this is the program for you. The choreography incorporates samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and flamenco with a little hip-hop added for fun.  Exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and some resistance training.

Yoga

 

Tuesday: 6-7 p.m.

Thursday: 12-1 p.m.

Fee: $10 per class

Gentle Hatha yoga, everyone welcome.
